Travel Agents Association

Most inbound travel agents in Sri Lanka work as the agents of international travel operators. However many of them serve individual touritsts too. Here we are providing information both about travel companies as well as individual travel agents. Travel agents in Sri Lanka have formed their association Travel Agents Association of Sri Lanka (TAASL). This is the national body of travel agents in the country, established in 1974. It is helpful to tour a country with association of a registered and recognised tour agency. In that you don't have to worry about several factors like booking of hotels, reservation in trains and buses and arrangement of required facilities. You can decide to tour on your own too but it is much better to take the help of an established tour agency.
